DHAKA, June 16, 2025 (BSS) - The interim government is set to launch a nationwide service fair in July aimed at providing essential services to the underprivileged and vulnerable people.

Adviser to the Ministry of Social Welfare, Sharmeen S Murshid, made the announcement today while exchanging post-Eid greetings with ministry officials and staff at its conference room, said a PID press release today.

"This fair will help raise awareness among the helpless and deprived people of society. Through this initiative, they will be able to reach out to the authorities via hotlines to seek assistance and services," the adviser said.

"We are working to implement structural changes within the ministry to ensure the long-term welfare of the country and to make government services more accessible to the common people," she added.

The adviser urged ministry officials and employees to work sincerely to maintain the momentum of achievements made over the past ten months.
