22 infected with dengue in Ctg

CHATTOGRAM, July 7, 2025 (BSS) - A total of 22 people have been infected with dengue in Chattogram city and district in the last 24 hours.

Civil Surgeon Dr. Jahangir Alam confirmed that 22 people have been admitted to government hospitals with dengue in the last 24 hours.

According to the Chattogram Civil Surgeon's office, a total of 528 people have been admitted to hospitals in the city due to dengue this year. Two persons have died of the mosquito-borne disease.

District Civil Surgeon Dr. Jahangir Alam said that at least 41 patients are currently undergoing treatment in different hospitals in the city.
