KHULNA, July 31, 2025 (BSS) - One more person has died in Khulna after being infected with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of COVID-19-related deaths in the district to four this year.

Deceased, 25-year-old Md. Rokman, resident of Rayermohol under Harintana Police Station in Khulna city, passed away at 2:30pm today while undergoing treatment at Khulna Medical College Hospital (KMCH).

According to Dr Khan Ahmed Ishtiaq, the hospital's Residential Medical Officer and the COVID-19 focal person, Rokman had been admitted to KMCH on Wednesday morning after testing positive for the virus.
