Addl secretary Moin Uddin promoted to secretary

DHAKA, Aug 28, 2025 (BSS) - The government has promoted Chief Executive Officer (additional secretary) of Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA) SM Moin Uddin Ahmed to the rank of secretary. 

Public Administration Ministry issued a gazette notification, signed by Deputy Secretary of the Ministry Mohammad Rafiqul Haque, in this regard here today.

It stated that Moin Uddin has been posted as the Chief Executive Officer (Secretary) of the BPPA.

The notification said the order issued for the public interest will be effective immediately.
