PIROJPUR, Nov 9, 2025 (BSS) - A reception was held today at Kaukhali Women's Degree College in Pirojpur to honor newly admitted Class XI students and meritorious learners who achieved GPA-5 in the 2025 HSC examination.

The event took place at the college auditorium on Sunday afternoon, with Principal Alok Karmakar presiding over the programme. 

S. M. Ahsan Kabir, president of the college’s management committee and also the Kaukhali Upazila BNP president, attended the event as the chief guest. 

H. M. Deen Mohammad, general secretary of Kaukhali Upazila BNP and a member of the college management committee, was present as the special guest.

During the programme, newly admitted students were welcomed with flowers, and six GPA-5 achievers were honored for their outstanding academic performance. 

Teachers, officials, and students of the institution attended the ceremony, which was marked by a festive and inspiring atmosphere.
