80 assistant, senior assistant secretaries selected for training

DHAKA, Feb 16, 2026 (BSS) – The government has nominated 80 senior and assistant secretaries for receiving five-month training on law and administration.

According to a ministry notification issued today, the 144th and 145th Law and Administration Training Courses will commence on 1 March at the Bangladesh Civil Service Administration Academy with residential facilities and will continue until 30 July.

The nominated candidates will have to register online through the Government Employees Management System (GEMS) and the BCS Administration Academy website  https://erp.bcsadminacademy.gov.bd/participant/registration) on or before 22nd February, 2026, the notification said. 

“If any necessary candidates can contact with Kazi Mohammad Anik Islam, Research Fellow and Assistant Coordinator (Cell- 01918085574) for 144th Law and Administration course and Tania Bhuiyan, Deputy Director (Research) and Assistant Coordinator (Cell-01757113365) for (145th Law and Administration course,” it said. 

The notification, however, said that the selected candidates will have to report to the BCS Administration Academy, Shahbag, Dhaka on 28th February, 2026 at 5:pm. 

Otherwise, they will be considered as stand released from March 1, 2026, it said.
