DHAKA, Feb 17, 2026 (BSS) – The government has nominated 12 deputy secretaries (DSs) and senior assistant secretaries (SASs) to participate in a Training of Trainers (ToT) course on pedagogy and training management.

“The ToT course on pedagogy and training management, with residential and non-residential options, will begin on February 22 at the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC) and continue until March 5, 2026,” according to a ministry notification.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued the notification today, signed by Deputy Secretary Hasan Mortaza Masum.

The nominated officials have been instructed to report to the course management at the specified time and venue by February 21, 2026, the notification said.

“In this regard, candidates are requested to contact Muh. Rafiqul Islam, Director and Course Director (Cell: 01716364952),” it added.

The notification also said that the nominated officials must complete online registration through BPATC’s website (www.bpatc.gov.bd) by February 19, 2026.
