DHAKA, March 13, 2026 (BSS) –Authorities have requested the public to refrain from installing any kind of arches, posters, banners and festoons along the road from Gabtoli in the capital to the National Martyrs’ Memorial at Savar on the occasion of Independence and National Day-2026.

The request was made to ensure smooth observance of the day and maintain a clean and dignified environment along the route leading to the memorial, according to an official release issued today.
