Opposition leader to offer Eid prayers at Monipur school in Mirpur

DHAKA, March 18, 2026 (BSS) - Leader of the Opposition in the Jatiya Sangsad and Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, MP, will offer the holy Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at 8:00am at the Monipur Girls’ High School ground adjacent to the 60 Feet Road in Mirpur of the capital.

After the prayers, he will exchange Eid greetings with people from all walks of life, according to a press release issued today.
