Moyeen Khan urges journalists to maintain objectivity

NARSINGDI, March 18, 2026 (BSS) - BNP Standing Committee member and Narsingdi-2 lawmaker Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan today called upon the journalists to maintain objectivity and professionalism in presenting news.

He made the call while addressing a pre-Iftar discussion at Palash Upazila Press Club this evening.

Moyeen Khan said a democratic government is currently running the country and it is committed to implementing whatever is necessary for the country’s development.

Acting President of Palash Upazila Press Club Jahangir Kabir chaired the event while its General Secretary Nur-e-Alam Rony conducted it. 

Palash Upazila BNP President Abdus Sattar, General Secretary Professor Md. Saiful Islam, Senior Joint General Secretary Bahauddin Bhuiyan Milton, among others, were present. 

Following the discussion, a special doa and munajat were offered before iftar, seeking the welfare of the country and the nation.
