BOGURA, March 18, 2026 (BSS) - Wheelchairs and cash assistance have been distributed among persons with disabilities in Bogura by Kalam Azad, coordinator of the Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions of the BNP Media Cell, under the directive of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.

Wheelchairs and financial assistance were provided to Ria Moni, 18, a resident of Shashibadani Purba Para in Nongola Union of Bogura Sadar; Lokman Hossain, 80 and Hari Chandra Mahanta, 58 of Nathpara Ashrayan Project, Ward No. 4 of Namuja Union in the same upazila.

Social worker Mahbubur Rahman Choton, Vice-President of Ward No. 13 BNP H.R. Miton, and Joint General Secretary of Bogura District Olama Dal Sabbir Rahman Osmani were present.
