DHAKA, March 10, 2025 (BSS) - The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) today arrested a man from the city's Sher-e-Bangla Nagar area for violating a minor girl. 

The arrestee has been identified as Abdul Kuddus Maker, 47.

Kuddus raped an 11-year-old girl two times, taking advantage of her mother's absence in their rented house in the Shah Ali Bagh area on December 23, 2024.

The victim's aunt registered a case with Mirpur Model Police Station on January 1 against the alleged rapist and his wife as an abettor.
