DHAKA, April 17, 2025 (BSS) – The government would set up a Green Data Center at BTCL’s land in Hathazari of Chattogram division through the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) initiative.

The Advisers Council Committee on Economic Affairs in its 12th meeting in this year held today gave the approval in principle to this proposal.

The Posts and Telecommunications Division placed the proposal in the meeting.

Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed presided over the meeting held at the Cabinet Division Conference Room at Bangladesh Secretariat today.
