Nine more Covid-19 cases reported in Ctg

CHATTOGRAM, June 15, 2025 (BSS) - The port city has reported nine more Covid-19 cases out of 24 tests in the last 24 hours in the district.

With these new cases, the total number of Coronavirus cases in Chattogram has reached 19 in the last eight days, said Dr. Jahangir Alam, Civil Surgeon of Chattogram.

Dr. Jahangir Alam mentioned that Coronavirus tests are currently being conducted in six different laboratories, including the Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH) RT-PCR lab.

Currently, 17 infected patients are undergoing treatment at various designated hospitals here.

He urged people from all walks of life to avoid crowds and wear masks.
