1,614 more crime suspects netted in 24 hrs

DHAKA, June 15, 2025 (BSS) – A total of 1,614 more crime suspects were arrested in the last 24 hours during the nationwide ongoing drive.

Of the total, 1,121 were arrested in previous cases and outstanding warrants while remaining 493 others in various criminal charges, according to the police headquarters statement here today.

A one shooter gun made by iron, six cartridges, 12 sharp weapons, one easy-bike and 7 litre local liquor were seized during the drive.
