DHAKA, Oct 26, 2025 (BSS) - Mohammadpur Police Station of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested five people during an overnight special anti-crime campaign.

The arrested individuals are identified as Fazley Rabbi (28), Tanvir Islam Kallu (22), Amir Hamja (32), Rashedul Islam (25) and Milon (42).

They were arrested on charges of various crimes, including mugging, drug trading and theft, according to a press release issued by the DMP's media and public relations division.

The five were later produced before the court, it added.
