LAKSHMIPUR, Oct 30, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Joint Secretary General Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Anee today emphasized that politicians, teachers, and guardians all have a responsibility to guide the new generation on the right path.

"Children are being harmed due to drugs. Everyone, including guardians and politicians, must take responsibility. No one will be exempt. If we work together for the younger generation, many injustices and oppression in society can be eliminated," he said.

Anee made the remarks at a book distribution program held at Lakshmipur Public Library and Town Hall.

He stressed that studies and sports are indispensable for the youth. "Along with academics and sports, attention should be given to quiz competitions and inclusive cultural programs. Such activities can help reduce crime in society," he added.

He called on every guardian and teacher to guide the new generation by focusing on education and sports activities.
