DHAKA, Nov 10, 2025 (BSS) - In a day-long special operation, Mohammadpur Police have arrested 20 individuals allegedly involved in various criminal activities across the Mohammadpur area of the capital.

According to police press release, the operation was conducted on Sunday targeting suspects in regular cases, individuals with outstanding warrants, and others engaged in different offenses.

The arrestees have been identified as Rumana Kabir (39), S. A. Kabir (47), Md. Aziz (40), Md. Sharas Mia (21), Md. Ashiq (22), Md. Shaon Molla (20), Md. Mohin Ahmed (22), Md. Ashiq Hossain (24), Md. Jewel Mia (25), Md. Zahid (18), Md. Mostaq (18), Mohammad Baki Billah (20), Md. Zubayed Ibne Hossain (20), Rafizul (35), Asif (23), Md. Kachfim (22), Ashiqur Rahman (23), Md. Ripon (40), Md. Kausar (29), and Md. Noman alias Bijoy (24).

During the operation, police recovered 50 pieces of Yaba tablets and a Samurai sword from the detainees' possession.
