DHAKA, Nov 11, 2025 (BSS) - In a day-long special operation, Mohammadpur Police arrested 15 individuals allegedly involved in various criminal activities within the Mohammadpur Police Station area of the capital.

The detainees have been identified as Rubel (22), Ayan (22), Atiqur Rahman (21), Imran (21), Mehedi Hasan (21), Swapan (20), Swadhin (21), Asadul (22), Shakil (20), Sabbir (19), Robin (26), Al Amin (20), Shaon (16), Omar (30), and Babu (23). 

During the operation, police recovered two knives from their possession.

According to sources at Mohammadpur Police Station, the special operation was carried out on Monday across different parts of the area. 

The arrested individuals include regular case suspects and warranted accused. 

Police officials further stated that such operations will continue to ensure public safety and maintain law and order in the Mohammadpur area.
