BNP to hold prayers nationwide tomorrow for Khaleda Zia's quick recovery

DHAKA, Nov 27, 2025 (BSS) - The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will hold prayers across the country after Jummah prayers tomorrow, seeking the speedy recovery of party chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.

According to BNP Media Cell, special prayers (dua) will be held at mosques in Dhaka and across the country under the initiative of the BNP, following the Jummah prayers tomorrow for the quick recovery of the 'Mother of Democracy' Begum Khaleda Zia.

BNP, its associate and affiliate organizations, and the general public at all levels in Dhaka and nationwide are requested to participate in the special prayers, said a statement.

Similarly, members of all other religious communities are requested to offer prayers to the Almighty for the quick recovery of the national leader at their respective places of worship, including temples, churches, and pagodas, it added.
