Dhaka, Dec 16, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has stood by animal lover 'Ruhul Bhai'.

Following Tarique Rahman's directive, a delegation from the Bangladesh Animal Welfare Association (BAWA), of which he is the chief patron, met Ruhul Bhai today.

The delegation led by BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi included BNP Media Cell member Atikur Rahman Rumon.

Ruhul Bhai, a resident of Mohammadpur in the capital, has recently gained widespread attention on social media for his compassionate efforts to feed mongooses, dogs and cats, spending Tk 32,800.
