Jamaat Ameer to arrive in Cumilla to join polls rally tomorrow

CUMILLA, Jan 29, 2026 (BSS)- Jamaat Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman will arrive here tomorrow to participate in the election campaign.

The Jamaat Ameer will address in the public rally as the chief guest at Laksam and Townhall ground on.

Cumilla city Jamaat Ameer Kazi Deen Mohammad said this in a press briefing.
The Jamaat chief will visit Noakhali, Cumilla, Lakshmipur, Chandpur and Brahmanbaria on January 30 and 31 and address public rallies there. 

Although Jamaat Ameer has a schedule to address at election rally in Cumilla on January 31, but the schedule has been changed and fixed on January 30 due to the first year admission of the Cumilla University on that date, Cumilla city Jamaat Ameer told the press briefing.

At Noakhali Zilla school ground Jamaat Ameer will address the rally at 11.30am. Later he will address at Laksam in Cumilla at 3pm.

Then he will arrive at Cumilla Town hall maidan on Friday evening. He will attend the public rally at Chauddagram Pilot School ground in Cumilla-11, a constituency of Jamaat-e Islami central Nayebe Ameer and former parliament member Dr Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher at 9am on January 31 and then attend Jamaat election rally at Daudkandi at 3pm, said Cumilla Jamaat Ameer at the briefing.
