DHAKA, Jan 30, 2026 (BSS) - The closing ceremony of the annual prize distribution and cultural programme-2026 of BAF Shaheen College Dhaka was held on Thursday in a colorful and festive atmosphere at the college premises.

Chief of Air Staff of the Bangladesh Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, attended the programme as the chief guest, according to an ISPR press release issued today.

Students from Classes I to XII, representing Isha Khan, Nazrul, Titumir and Sher-e-Bangla houses, took part in various academic and cultural competitions.

The chief guest distributed prizes among students for their academic excellence as well as winners of the cultural competitions.

The event concluded with a cultural programme.

The programme was attended by Assistant Chiefs of Air Staff, Air Commanders of Air Force Base Bashar, Air Force Base Bir Uttam A.K. Khandaker and Air Headquarters Unit, along with senior Air Force officers, the college principal, military and civilian officials, teachers, students and guardians.
