DHAKA, Feb 16, 2026 (BSS) - BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir today visited Health Affairs Secretary of the party Dr. Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, who is currently undergoing treatment at Bangladesh Medical University (BMU).

During the visit, he met with the attending physicians and enquired about Dr. Rafiqul Islam’s overall health.

Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of the university Prof Dr. Shamim Ahmed, Registrar Prof Dr. Md. Nazrul Islam; Prof of Urology Dr. Md. Saiful Islam Selim, Associate Professor Dr. S.M. Yunus Ali, among others, were present.
