One more national record in age-group swimming on 2nd day

DHAKA, May 22, 2025 (BSS)- One more national record was set in diving event 
on second day of the 37th National Age-group Swimming and Diving competition 
held National Swimming complex in the capital today (Thursday) . 

Mohamamd Mehedi Hasan of Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan (BKSP) set the 
new national mark in the springboard diving scoring 3000.6 erasing the old 
previous mark of 275.85 set by his team Md Hossain last year.

In addition of this, the first day of the competition saw one new national 
record in swimming event.

The second day competition saw twenty eight swimming events and two diving 
events with BKSP dominate the medal tally with 24 gold, 35 silver and 14 
bronze medals while Shilaidah Swimming Club bagged two gold, four silver and 
five bronze medals.

Bogura Swimming Club stands third position in the table with two gold, one 
silver and three bronze medals.
