BCB's Level A coaching course ends

DHAKA, Aug 3, 2025 (BSS)-The three-day Level A coaching course organized by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB)'s Game Development concluded at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium today.

The Level A is an elementary foundation programme in basic cricket coaching. The BCB organised the course for representatives of various security forces, including members of the Bangladesh Army, Navy, and Air Force, as well as the Bangladesh Police and Ansar & VDP.

Participants in the course also included representatives from a number of public and private universities. This is the first initiative of its kind to integrate members of the armed forces and security services into the cricket coaching system and structure of the BCB.

Conducted by specialist coaches and instructors from the BCB, the course imparted introductory cricket coaching techniques through both practical sessions and theoretical presentations.

BCB Vice President Nazmul Abedeen Fahim and BCB Director and Chairman of the Age Group Cricket Committee Saiful Alam Swapon Chowdhury distributed the certificate of participation to the attendees. BCB's Head of Game Development Habibul Bashar Sumon was also present.
