Three players share lead in Int’l Masters Chess

DHAKA, Dec 18, 2025 (BSS) - Three players shared lead in the points table with maximum three points after the 4th round of the MTB International Masters Chess Tournament held at Multipurpose Hall of Independent University, Bangladesh today (Thursday).

They are IM Md Minhaz Uddin, FM Sakline Mostafa Sajid and Bivor Adak of India. 

IM Manon Reja Neer and FM Guprret Pal Singh of Undia jointly shared the second position with 2.5 points.

In the day’s 4th round matches, FIDE Master Sakline Mostafa Sajid defeated Bivor Adak, International Master Md. Minhaz Uddin defeated International Master Manon Reja Neer, FIDE Master Khandakar Aminul Islam split point with FIDE Master Gurpreet Pal Singh, Nepal’s Candidate Master Silwal Purushottam defeated Amit Bikram Roy and International Master Abu Sufian Shakil lost to Arpan Das (Jr).
