DHAKA, Dec 28, 2025 (BSS) - Afghanistan allrounder Afghanistan Omarzai joins 
Sylhet Titans to bolster its strength further.

Sylhet confirmed the one of the most sought-after cricketers signing through 
its social media outlet.

In a video message posted in Sylhet official facebook page today, Omarzai 
said, "I am proud to announce that I will play for Sylhet in the ongoing 
BPL."

The 25-year-old Omarzai is a seasoned cricketer in franchise cricket, having 
already played in renowned tournaments like IPL, Big Bash, SA T20, ILT20, PSL 
and others.

He has scored 1844 runs with the strike rate of 133.52 and took 149 wickets 
at an economy rate of 8.36 in 159 T20 matches so far.

Sylhet had played two matches in BPL and won one.
