DHAKA, Jan 1, 2026 (BSS) - Qasaituly Somaj Kollayan Parishad blanked 
Swadhinata Krira Sangsad by 2-0 goals in a match of the Senior Division 
Football League held at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal 
Stadium in the city's Kamalapur today (Thursday).

In the day's match, Titas Kumar and Luis Kisshu scored one goal each for the 
winners' in the 22nd and 51st minutes respectively.

In the day's second match, Badda Jagoroni Sangsad split point with NoFeL 
Sporting Club when their match ended in a 1-1 goal draw. 

After the barren first half, Rasel Mia put Badda ahead in the 60th minute 
while Raisel Islam scored the equalizer for NoFeL in the 80th minute of the 
match.

Earlier, before the two matches, one minute silence was observed in respect 
over the death of Begum Khaleda Zia, the former Prime Minister and 
chairperson of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP.
