DHAKA, Jan 2, 2026 (BSS)- Friends Social Welfare Organisation and Jatrabari Krira Chakra won their respective matches in the Senior Division Football League held at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city's Kamalapur today.

In the day's match, Friends Social Welfare Organisation beat Mohakhali Ekadash by 3-1 goals.

In the day's proceeding, Milon Hossain scored twice in the 20th and 67th minutes after Friends Social took lead through a suicidal goal in the 14th minutes scored by Arman Sadi of Mohakhali.

Al Nahian Rahat netted a lone goal for Mohakhali in the 82nd minute of the match.

Zakir Mia of Friends Social and Sagor Sarkar of Mohakhali were shown direct red card by the referee for their unsporting behavior during the match. 

In the day's another match, Jatrabari Krira Chakra, came from behind, defeated Somaj Kollayan O Krira Sangsad Mugda by 2-1 goals with Mojibur Rahman and Anisur Sheikh scored one goal each for the winning team in the 16th and 40th minutes respectively while Ferdous Islam netted a lone goal for the losers' in the 15th minute of the match.
