August 5 to be observed as 'July Mass Uprising Day'

DHAKA, June 25, 2025 (BSS) - The government has declared the August 5 as July 'Mass Uprising Day'.

It has been decided to include the date as a 'Ka' category day in the observance of national and international days to be observed as the 'July Mass Uprising Day' every year. 

All concerned ministries, departments and organizations have been asked to properly implement it. 

Cabinet Division today issued a circular to this end.
