DHAKA, July 27, 2025 (BSS) - The Ministry of Commerce has appointed its joint 
secretary Mustafizur Rahman as an administrator to the Bangladesh Fertilizer 
Association. 

The appointment was made through an official order signed by Muhammad Rehan 
Uddin, Director General (Current Charge) of the Trade Organization wing on 
July 24 under the Ministry of Commerce.

According to the order, Mustafizur Rahman, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of 
Commerce, has been appointed as the administrator to the Bangladesh 
Fertilizer Association. 

Mustafizur will hold a free and fair election within 120 (one hundred and 
twenty) days, hand over responsibilities to the newly elected committee, and 
thus inform it to the ministry accordingly.
