DHAKA, July 21, 2026 (BSS) - Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) has reviewed and revised its benchmark CSE30 Index based on the performance of listed companies, with the updated index set to take effect from July 30, 2026. 

The CSE30 Index is reviewed twice every year to reflect changes in the performance and eligibility of listed companies, said a press release issued today.

Under the latest revision, Grameenphone Limited, Jamuna Bank PLC., LafargeHolcim Bangladesh PLC., and Paramount Textile PLC. have been included in the CSE30 Index. Meanwhile, Crown Cement PLC., National Credit and Commerce Bank PLC., Square Textiles PLC., and Uttara Bank PLC. have been excluded from the previous list.

The revised CSE30 Index comprises Bangladesh Shipping Corporation, Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills Ltd., Bangladesh Submarine Cables PLC., Beximco Pharmaceuticals PLC., BRAC Bank PLC., British American Tobacco Bangladesh Co. Ltd., BSRM Steels Limited, City Bank PLC., DBH Finance PLC., Delta Life Insurance Company Ltd., Eastern Bank PLC., Eastern Housing Limited, Grameenphone Limited, IDLC Finance PLC., IT Consultants PLC., Jamuna Bank PLC., Jamuna Oil PLC., LafargeHolcim Bangladesh PLC., Meghna Petroleum PLC., MJL Bangladesh PLC., Olympic Industries PLC., Padma Oil PLC., Paramount Textile PLC., Pioneer Insurance PLC., Prime Bank PLC., Sonali Paper & Board Mills Limited, Square Pharmaceuticals PLC., The ACME Laboratories Ltd., Unique Hotel & Resorts PLC., and Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC.

The revised index will become effective from July 30, 2026.
