CHATTOGRAM, Feb 4, 2025 (BSS) - Four snatchers were arrested with firearms in the Chandgaon bus station area in the port city last night.

The arrested are Suman, 30, Zakir Hossain 28, Rubel, 27 and Arif, 21. All of them are residents of the Chandgaon area in the city.

Aftaf Uddin, officer-in-charge of Chandgaon Thana police, said police seized three knives and two sharp weapons from their possession.

Police said they arrested the snatchers while they were getting ready for snatching in the Chandgaon bus station area around 10 pm.
