Huge smuggled phensedyl recovered in Dinajpur

RANGPUR, April 18, 2025 (BSS) - The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-13 seized a 
huge quantity of smuggled phensedyl from Naduhar Paschimpara village under 
Kotwali police station of Dinajpur district today.

On a tip-off, an operational team of the Crime Prevention Company (CPC)-1 
from Dinajpur Camp of RAB-13 conducted a raid in the house and recovered 373 
bottles of phensedyl from the spot at 3:25 pm today," a press release said 
here this evening.
 
Sensing the presence of the elite force members, the accused housemaster Md 
Saju Mia, 22, son of Md Khademul of the village managed to escape from the 
scene.
 
The elite force handed over the recovered goods to Dinajpur Kotwali police 
station for further legal action after filing a drug case against the 
absconding accused, the releases added.
