DINAJPUR, April 19, 2025 (BSS) - The food department here cancelled licenses of 140 rice mills for not supplying rice to the government storage as per contracts during the Aman season.

In this regard, district food controller Subir Nath Chowdhury issued an office order today listing the rice mills.

The permits of the rice mills were revoked for breaching contracts with the food department, said the order.
