NILPHAMARI, April 19, 2025 (BSS) - A total of 12 outstanding students from Ramganj BL High School were awarded scholarships today for securing the top three positions in the final examinations from grades seven to ten.

The scholarship giving ceremony was held at the school's auditorium and was organized with the support of the Chhaidar-Anwara Foundation.

The first-place winners received scholarships of Tk 4,000 each, while second and third-place winners were awarded Tk 3,000 and Tk 2,000 respectively.

Md. Shafiqul Islam, president of the Chhaidar-Anwara Foundation, presided over the event while Md. Raihan Akthar, joint secretary of the Career Planning and Training Division under the Ministry of Public Administration, attended as the chief guest.

Rahedul Islam Dolon, president of Ramganj BL High School; Muhammad Khademul Bashar, director of the Commercial Audit Directorate under the Ministry of Finance; Prof Dr. Md. Anwarul Islam of the Department of Information Science and Library Management, Dhaka University and Md. Zulfiqar Ali, lecturer of Jaldhaka Government Degree College, among others, were present at the event.
