Teenager dies in Satkhira road accident

SATKHIRA, May 13, 2025 (BSS) - A teenage boy was killed as a trolley hit his motorbike in Budhata Bazar under Asashuni upazila of the district this morning.

The deceased was Mehedi Hasan Hridoy, 18, son of Jamal Uddin, a resident of Beula village of the upazila.

The accident took place around 10 am when a trolley hit a motorcycle, leaving its rider Hridoy injured critically, said Shamsul Arefin, officer-in-charge (OC) of Asashuni Police Station.

He was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injured.
