ZRF distributes medical equipment to Sher-E-Bangla Medical College students

BARISHAL, July 5, 2025 (BSS) - The Ziaur Rahman Foundation (ZRF) distributed medical teaching equipment to first-year students of the 56th batch at Sher-e-Bangla Medical College in Barishal.

ZRF's Barishal Divisional Coordinator and Secretary of the Doctors Association of Bangladesh (DAB) Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Branch Dr. Syed Imtiaj Uddin Sajid coordinated the event with the cooperation from the Sher-e-Bangla Medical College unit of Jatiyatabadi Chatra Dal (JCD).

The human skeletons were supplied through the Doctors' Bones Bank, an initiative supported by the 36th batch. Notable attendees and contributors to the event included:

Former Principal of Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Prof Dr. Syed Zahid Hossain, President and Secretary of the Teachers' Association Dr. Kamruzzaman Hafizullah and Dr. Shihabuddin Shihab, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Prof Dr. Anwar Hossain Bablu,Child Specialist Dr. Md. Mujibur Rahman, ENT Specialists Dr. Md. Shariful Islam Rumen and Dr. Nurul Karim Chowdhury Rubel, among others, was present in the event.
