Two land service support centers inaugurated in Faridpur

FARIDPUR, July 14, 2025 (BSS) - Two 'Land Service Support Center' have been inaugurated in the district to provide 13 land-related services at the doorsteps of the people and to reduce their harassment.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Ramanand Pal inaugurated the service centers at Faridpur High School Market and Sonali Bank intersection areas in the town this afternoon. 

Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Israt Jahan, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Shafiqul Islam and other officials were present at the time. 

A total of 27 centers will be launched in different upazilas including the district headquarters in phases. 

Ramanand Pal said the land service support centers are being set up in the district to provide 13 land-related services at the doorsteps of the people here and to reduce their harassment. 

People of the district can easily avail all government services related to land and get services without any harassment at the prescribed fee from the centers, he added. 

All land-related services including land development tax, name registration application, ledger application, mouza map application will be available at the centers.
