MAGURA, Aug 25, 2025 (BSS) - A trolley driver was killed when a truck hit his vehicle in the Jagla Angardah area of Sadar upazila here yesterday evening.

The deceased was Md Kamrul Islam, 29, son of Hasanur Rahman in Lebutala village of the upazila.

The accident occurred around 7.30 pm on the Magura-Jashore highway when a 
Jashore-bound truck hit the trolley while it was crossing the road, leaving its driver Kamrul dead on the spot, said Alomgir Hossain, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Magura Ramnagar Highway Police Station.
