CHATTOGRAM, Aug 31, 2025 (BSS) - Chattogram district police today recovered a single-barrel gun, an LG gun, and five rounds of cartridges from an abandoned spot in the Puichhari area under Banshkhali upazila.

Sudhansh Shekhar Halder, OC (Investigation) of Banshkhali Thana, said locals noticed a suspicious black polythene bag around 10:30 pm on Saturday and informed the police. Later, law enforcers recovered the firearms and ammunition from the bag.
