Law and Order committee meeting held in Meherpur

MEHERPUR, Sept 14, 2025 (BSS) – The monthly meeting of the Law and Order Committee was held today aiming to review security issues for ensuring peaceful atmosphere in the Meherpur district.
   
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr. Mohammad Abdul Salam presided over the meeting held in the conference room of his office.

 Superintendent of Police (SP) Md. Manzoor Ahmed, Additional District Magistrate Tajwar Akram Sakapi, Public Prosecutor Saidur Razzak Toton, Sadar upazila nirbahi officer Khairul Islam, teachers, representatives of different government and non-government organizations, among others, were present at the meeting.
  
 The DC said “We are discussing different issues related to law and order situation . . . local administration along professionals and representatives of different organizations will work together for maintaining overall law and order situation.”
