RANGAMATI, Sept 14, 2025 (BSS) - A meeting of the District Law and Order Committee was held this morning at the Deputy Commissioner's conference room.

Deputy Commissioner Md Habib Ullah Maruf presided over the meeting.

Additional District Magistrate Zubaida Akhtar, Superintendent of Police SM Farhad Hossain, Deputy Director of Local Government Department and Municipal Administrator Md Mobarak Hossain Parvez, District Civil Surgeon Dr Nuen Khisa, District Council Member Habib Azam, and Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Rifat Ashma were present at the meeting, among others.

The meeting issued instructions to maintain law and order in the district so that the upcoming Durga Puja and Kathin Chibar Dan festival are celebrated in a safe and joyful atmosphere.
