PANCHAGARH, Dec 4, 2025 (BSS) - A man was killed when a truck hit his motorcycle on the Karotoa Bridge in Panchagarh town this morning.

The deceased was identified as Anwarul Islam, 45, a resident of the Dokropara area under Panchagarh Municipality.

Police said the accident occurred when a truck coming from the opposite direction hit Anwarul's motorcycle, leaving him dead on the spot.

Second Officer of Sadar Police Station Qayyum Ali confirmed the incident, adding that a case has been filed in this connection.
