MEHERPUR, April 01, 2026, (BSS) - Law enforcement agency seized a large quantity of illegally stored fuel oil during a late-night drive in a border area of Meherpur Sadar upazila.

A joint team of Detective Branch of Police and Sadar Police Station conducted the raid between 11:30 pm and 1:30 am last night in Dakshin Shalika village. During the operation, officers recovered a total of 5,375 liters of diesel stored in 26 barrels inside a secret warehouse.
