DHAKA, Dec 30, 2025 (BSS) - Primary and Mass Education Adviser Professor Dr Bidhan Ranjan Roy Podder today expressed deep shock at the death of former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.
In a condolence message, he said Khaleda Zia was an important and influential leader in the political history of Bangladesh.
The nation will remember with respect her role in the struggle for democracy and multi-party political system and the rights of the people, he said.
The adviser prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family, BNP leaders and activists and her numerous followers.
