Chief Justice pays homage to martyrs at National Memorial

DHAKA, Mar 26, 2026 (BSS) - Chief Justice Zubayer Rahman Chowdhury today paid tribute to the martyrs of the great liberation war by laying wreaths at the National Memorial in Savar.

On the occasion of Independence and National Day, Chief Justice Zubayer Rahman Chowdhury, along with judges of the Supreme Court (both Appeal and High Court divisions), paid respect to memory of the liberation war martyrs by placing wreaths at the National Memorial this morning.

After laying wreaths, the Chief Justice and the judges of the Supreme Court stood in silence for a while in memory of the martyrs.
