DHAKA, Jan 30, 2025 (BSS) - The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has extended 
the deadline for income tax returns submission of all taxpayers except 
companies in both offline and online till February 16, 2025.
 
To this end, the revenue authority issued an order today extending the time 
for submission of income tax returns for both online e-return and offline 
filing of paper returns for all taxpayers except companies. 

The last date for submitting income tax returns of all categories of 
taxpayers except those of companies for the 2024-2025 fiscal year was January 
31. But for companies, it was February 15.

In another order, the authority has also extended the deadline for companies 
to submit tax returns by one month to March 16.
