EU delegation meets with CTTC chief as part of capacity building

DHAKA, Jan 30, 2025 (BSS) - A delegation of the European Union (EU) today paid a courtesy call on Additional Police Commissioner of the Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), Md. Masud Karim at his office here.

Head of the Unit for International Affairs, Directorate General for Migration and Home Affairs, European Union, Pawel Busiakiewicz led the EU delegation, said a police press release.

During the courtesy call, the EU delegation expressed its interest in continuing to enhance the skills of the CTTC officials in preventing human trafficking and money laundering and providing various specialized training in combating international crimes.
